Business rates are paid by the occupier directly to Kingston Borough Council for larger office suites. All rents are quoted subject to the addition of VAT at the standard rate, currently 20%.
Lease lengths are flexible and tailored to suit occupiers’ needs. Fitted suites are typically taken for a minimum of 12 months. Larger suites and whole floors for longer terms.
Yes. Take a suite unfitted and bring your own designer and contractor, or we’ll fit it out to suit your needs.
